Are you unhappy or anxious in your relationships? I work with you (and other people you invite to sessions) to develop and maintain positive relationships with yourself and the important people in your life, your workplace, and your community. You can benefit from understanding what motivates behavior choices and interferes with communication and understanding. I believe that you are the expert on your personal situation and have the means to resolve problems within a safe relationship. Good emotional health is a congruence of ideal self and real self. Problems occur when there is a discrepancy between what you want to be and what you are experiencing. We will focus on the present and on experiencing and expressing feelings. The past will be discussed as needed as it affects your present feelings and behaviors.
