Since 1957, Sutton-Kennerly & Associates has been one of the major full-service engineering firms in North Carolina. It offers an array of engineering services for structural, building forensics, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems. The firm provides services, such as BIM (building information modeling), condition assessments, construction administration, industrial engineering, litigation support, LEED design/consultation, material evaluation and third party/peer review. It contributes to projects, including athletic facilities/stadiums, commercial education (K-12), governmental, health care, historical, industrial, parking structures/transportation, residential and specialty.
