My husband and I stopped there Friday morning 10/31/14, @ 6am on our way our to work. The coffee wasn't ready, it was six cups left abandoned on the counter top because the creamer dispenser wasn't working as well, & it wasn't a clean inviting area around the coffee bay. When my husband spoke with the young manager, about this he didn't seemed to bothered by any of it especially being that its 6am all sorts of people stop there to get their morning java but he didn't rush to get folks coffee together, he didn't apologize,& he looked rathered bothered by the idea of having to do so. I was extremely upset because we are transplants, from out of Southern OH, & we adore Sheetz since we have been here 3 months now this location has been gone down hill on the third shift! Its dirty in there, the staff house plays around in front of customers, it's noisy, & no one seems to care about customer service at all. This is bothersom because now we have to stop at another location to get out morning java because that was our last occurrence in this location next to our home. We have decided to not patronize this location for our morning java or gas, but the first shift crew is much better & customer friendly as well.
