I had a two day reservation and my flight got delayed to 2AM, I had to call in only a few hours before middle night to cancel one of the reservation. Derek is extremely helpful. He not only cancelled all my reservation ( since he cannot cancel only one day ), he also booked second day for me at the same promotional rate. Room is clean and I cannot expect more , this is a 5 star rating.

The location helped make this a better stay: surrounding noise is very well buffered by the way the hotel is situated, and the property's location is convenient but semi-private and very quiet. It is possible, for a decent price, get a decent night's sleep in a bed not your own. Surrounded by numerous dining choices, from the usual fast food chains we all know and love (or not) and plenty of other choices for those of us looking for something else, including the recommended Steak Street restaurant. Very clean, with attentive housekeeping that checked my room daily. Helpful desk staff that demonstrated a speedy, painless check-in to a very tired traveler. I'd recommend this Red Roof to anyone who just wants a quiet, comfortable hotel, and especially to anyone with a pet or pets - it really does have the best spot for dog owners to do the necessary walking around, and the lack of noise and traffic is as restful for traveling pets as traveling people. :-) Good value for the money!
