This American/Chinese cuisine was so surprisingly good I had to go back and try it again. I never expected to get the quality of food I ended up with because it's been my experience when a restaurant deals in multiple cuisines they're never that good, especially Chinese food, you just can't mess around, you have to know what you're doing. Boy was I mistaken about P.F. Chang. Each time I went, the lines were huge and no one seemed to care. When we finally got in, 1h 20m later, we didn't mind the wait either. My husband tried American while I had Chinese. Both were excellent. This establishment is one of best for good drinks and food. The service was good -- I didn't experience the great waitress written about in the other review on this place but we were satisfied none the less. I recommend this somewhat pricey restaurant because the food and drinks are excellent.

seven of my friends ate at PF Chang's a couple of months ago. Two of us had birthdays. It was my second visit. Our waitress was Crystal Elmore. She was so very knowledgeable about the cuisine and the wines. Her great personality and expertise really impressed everyone with me. I have suggested to other people at work to ask for Ms Elmore if she was available. We even asked the manager to come over to our table so that we could express what a wonderful employee he had with Ms Elmore. (**I think that was the night the district manager split his pants and had to leave**:)
