Its product lines include invitations, personalized wedding party gifts, bridal jewelry, reception decorations, cake tops, picture frames and a variety of other bridal accessories. The company s more than 50 employees are divided into a number of departments, including the call center, customer service, warehouse, quality control, printing and engraving. The company released its first catalog in 1992 and launched its Web site, www.exclusivelyweddings.com, in 1999. Exclusively Weddings maintains its corporate headquarters and 14,000-square-foot warehouse in Greensboro, N.C.

I have rarely, in this country, encountered worse customer service from a company. Not only was there a grammatical mistake (theirs) on the second proof, after the first proof was sent back with a correction, but when that correction was submitted they simply refused to communicate for five days (and counting), despite numerous calls to the call center and emails to the invitations department. Additionally, suddenly any email addressed to "invites@eweddings.com" was blocked. What should have been a 3-day turnaround has been going on for 8 days. Customer service refuses to put the call into a manager, plus supposedly there is no expedite for internal processing. I am astonished at the stonewalling and ineptitude apparent in this outfit. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
