Store did not seem concerned with meeting needs, the woman that helped me was rude will not return.

The woman that "helped" me was not friendly in the least. After I told her I was looking for a wedding band, she brought me to the case and pulled out a ring and handed it to me. She never once asked me what style I was looking for. She hardly said a word throughout the process, just kept handing me rings and looking annoyed that I was there. Did not want to spend another minute in her presence so went across the street to Shiffman's and was treated very kindly and had a wonderful experience. Will not be returning to Kay's at the friendly center.

I thought Robert was so helpful in selecting my girlfriends Christmas as well as Valentines Day jewelry. He is an awesome person. As long as Robert is there I will be back.
