I would highly recommend this business! I originally went to Firestone for an oil change and ended up getting quoted for a $2000 job. I took my car to JD Tires and they did the same work for a reasonable price. The customer service was exceptional and I felt comfortable and confident in their recommendations. My car is running perfectly now and I'll definitely choose them as my first choice if my car needs further work!

The WORST experience Ive ever had at a place. They messed up and instead of properly communicating, they mumble a few words and then come back defensive. They acting all gangsta talking about straps (Street code) for guns. Ive NEVER been treated like this at any place of business. We had to call 911 only for them to fix it in the end and we get charged an extra $39 for a $50 job. Smh

I would not recommend these ppl. My sister came from there not too long ago to get her breaks serviced and had to call the police cause she was threatened with a gun. Her husband was asking questions, because he wasn't understanding the answers to the questions he was asking! The man got frustrated with all the questioning and threatened to "get the strap" my sisters hubby called 911 and told the operator that the ppl at this place were holding their car hostage, mind you the car wasn't even worked on before this incident escalated, the man turned around and said "I'm holding YOU hostage!" Long story short, they didn't do the breaks until the police were on the way. My sister is so upset over this! She is afraid her breaks weren't done correctly and is shaking...would they do this if it was a white couple? No they wouldn't!

I have used them for years now. Their prices are always more than fair and the work is good. Would definitely recommend them.
