Located in Greensboro, N.C., Irving Park Elementary serves more than 650 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, science and fine arts. The school has a staff of instructional specialists in music, art, Spanish, and physical and gifted education. Irving Park Elementary offers a half-day kindergarten program for elementary-grade students. The school has a library and media center that offers various books, newspapers, magazines and encyclopedias. It supplies crayons, water colors, notebooks, scissors, glue sticks and boxes for elementary-grade students. Irving Park Elementary is one of the elementary schools of Guilford County Schools.
