Get out of the over-crowded gym and come to Heart In Sol! All of the classes, boot camps, and training they offer are awesome!

I love my bootcamp with Heart In Sol. Patrick is tough but fun! You see results almost immediately! I definitely recommend it!!!

This is an awesome place to work out! The Zumba classes are fantastic and so much fun! Ashley and Patrick (the instructors) are very friendly and caring and keep the motivation and energy high. I have never been able to stick with an exercise program before, but now I look forward to every class. I go at least three times a week and it is making a huge difference in my energy levels throughout the week. The facility is very clean (brand new). The atmosphere is very friendly, not competitive or "snooty" like some places. Anyone can feel comfortable at Heart In Sol, even if you have never done this type of exercise before. The Zumba is great, and they also have yoga, boot camp, and personal training for those who like variety. I love it and recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun and exciting workout.
