Was told that they had the specific tire I needed in stock. After they put tire on I said that is not the same brand.. I was told it was comparable. To that I responded that is not what I asked for. They had to order the correct tire I had to Come back in and spend another hour!! No one apologized or even seemed to care about the inconvenience.

I absolutely recommend Discount Tire because after dealing with a different, very unhelpful tire place, they were happy to plug my tire for free. They were also very friendly. If I need new tires, I am going back!
Wonderful! I had a flat and needed to get it plugged in two places. I didn't know this, but they provide that service for free! After they fixed it they thanked me and I said I still need to pay. They said no, it's a free service to any customer. I will certainly be back when I need new tires.
