The 4 hour delivery window is needed for the extremely high volume of residential deliveries of televisions during the busy holiday months of November and December. The high volume of Internet orders also created a backlog of some orders being ship from the shipper to the local warehouse in Greensboro for delivery to residents in this area.

This is the absolute worst transportation company I have ever dealt with in my life. They give you a 4 hour window to deliver your packages. No one seems to care where your package is or the best solution on how to get it delivered. I am going to pick up my own package tomorrow. Customer Service is DEAD!
