Incorrectly created two profiles for me. It took 30 minutes to get my prescription at every visit. Failed to automatically refill. Dirty store. Horrible.

I was there this past Weekend to print pics from my sons wedding, I am not very good or up to date with todays technology and the staff was very nice and helpful, most stores they just ignore you. Not here, I found out standing customer service.

Phil and the Staff at CVS on Spring Garden are excellent. All of the folks there are helpful and friendly. I much prefer this to any other in the area.

I am extremely impressed with the kindness of the pharmaceutical staff at the Spring Garden store. They are very friendly and kind. I don't feel that I am treated just as a consumer but as a friend. I am on several medications so I have to go there a lot and they are very accommodating. As an example: last night I went in just before closing time to drop off two new prescriptions. I expected that I would have to pick them up the next day, but they filled them right away, and were very friendly about it. If you were to go to most businesses at closing time you would expect them to act like it's an inconvenience to help you, but that is not the way C.V.S. is. Thank you for making my life a little bit easier.
