Despite what other reviews have said about not having their cars done in a timely manner, Citi Customs work is undeniably exceptional! If you want expensive services done with good work then go to Tint World BUT if you want REASONABLE PRICING done with good work then CITI CUSTOMS is your place to go! Small owned businesses need assistance with man power NOT slandering of their name all because spoiled people don't get what they want when they want it! Citi Customs is definitely worth it!

Uptown connections tinted my windows about 3 weeks ago and i love it! They tinted them as dark as I wanted for $30 less than every other place I talked to. It only took them 3 hours and they were so nice, always answered when I called, even stayed open an hour late so I could come pay my deposit. I highly recommend you call them first before you waste money anywhere else!

They blame all there downtime on people dying and being sick just to buy them time. The secretary has a snobbish attitude when it comes to you wanting to see your vehicle and she also tries to keep playing cover up for the mechanic. This place is horrible, take your business elsewhere.

Now know as Uptown Connections. This company is a joke. I ordered wheels and they took my money and gave me a receipt and said they would be in the store in a few weeks. Months later no wheels, no refund. The wife told me that there was no refunds. Now I am out money and wheels. It's not like I had wheels to return. Took them to court and got a judgement. Now they had their business disolved and are operating as Uptown Connections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!! I would give them negative stars but it wouldn't let me post without selecting 1 star.
