Very zen ambiance, clean and professional but not overly sterile-feeling, and very pleasant, gracious service. I went for a facial and skincare consultation and noticed significant results.

I moved here from NY city and have been going here for 2 years. I will say it's a nice place & I have always been treated respectfully. In the 2 years I've had four different stylists. The first one I had for a year but they left. They were by far the best one. The service has been inconsistent since then. At times the color is acceptable at best, other times you can see "spots" where the color has bled.I haven't had a good haircut since my first stylist left. A cut is $60 & a partial foil is 95. At those prices results should be top notch!. It probably seems great to people in this area who have never experienced anything better. Even tho their prices reflect they are the best, the end result is that they do not even come close. The glamour of the salon is the draw. I basically have put up with the inconsistency and overpriced services because I thought it was the best I could do for this area but I am tired of it and have found another salon where I get great cuts & color.

I have been to this salon three times and had great experiences! The atmosphere is awesome and the stylist there are very talented! I had a bad expereince at another salon and received an awful haircut. One of the stylist at Chakras corrected it and made it look amazing! My only drawback is the time it takes... which understandably you are getting a spa experience so I guess they don't want to rush you through. This is not a place to go on your lunch hour but it is well worth the time spent!

Chakras is the only spa to use in Greensboro. The ambience is unbeatable. The atmosphere is healing. The therapists and hair designers are the best in Greensboro.
