If one needs appliance parts to old (20 year+) items, so far this company has never failed me in having it, or getting an equivalent replacement. In highly recommending this company, also am impressed with the techs behind the counter, as they are quite knowledgeable, too.

Will never use this business. Came to their door after work at 5:01. The sign said OPEN, it was locked. Could see employees inside. They just held up their hand to show me they closed at 5:00. I had the part in my hand to show them and they again just held up their hand to show they closed at 5:00. I pointed to the sign showing that it said they were open and they walked over and turned it off. So much for customer service or going the extra mile for a customer. There are alot of other appliance part stores in Greensboro and I will be sure to spend my money somewhere other than here.
