My son's car was towed today unfairly at an apartment complex. He works and comes in late and there is never parking. He has a parking pass in his car issued by the HOA, however there are so many guest that take up parking that he must park in areas that are restricted. Bobby's Friendly Towing picked his car up and needless to say my son was very upset. When he went to pick up the car the people there were so very understanding and knew that in talking to my son he received the bad end of the stick. They didn't charge him the towing fee of $180 which was nothing short of a blessing. I called in tears and told them how much I appreciated their understanding. It's good to know that there are still compassionate and caring people in this world. Today I was reminded of that!!!
