this location has some of the worst customer service ever, i have been liveing in greensboro for almost two and a half yrs,and have been getting the same drink from baskin robbings for the passed 7 yrs since i was prego with my son and the girls that run this shop are sooo rude, they dont make the mixed drinks right, and if you ask them nicely to change it to the right way they are suppose to make it( as the baskin robbins main page said its made) they will make faces like they are doing to much work... personally if you hate your job that bad, get a new one.. i personally work in the food industry, and yes you get ppl you dont like but service with a smile gets them to come back. time and againjennifer
