Put simply, Harold is a great guy. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his pricing is very fair. I echo all the positive reviews below, and it's worth adding that my whole family is very comfortable having him as a guest in our home. I would undoubtedly recommend him to friends and family.

Mr. Hilliard has helped us many times over the years. Besides being very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem he has been considerate of our budget in his evaluations. Though he had a chance to make money on a repair sometimes he would recommend that we replace the entire appliance. That's what I call a man of integrety...Hard to find these days.

Very unprofessional. Had an appt. at 4:30 p.m. He calls me at 4:40 to tell me that he will not be there for another 35 minutes. When I stated that it would have been helpful if he could have notified me of this delay before I left work at 4:05. He stated..."I didn't know that time was an issue". He further commented that "maybe I should find someone else to repair my stove". With an attitude like this......send your appliance repair business elsewhere! Gee....I thought service was an issue!!!!!!

Harold is very knowledgeable in addition to being extremely couteous and thoughtful. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair job.

harold hilliard of appliance repairs is promp, courteous, and professional. when my washer filled with water and stopped working, it felt like the household world was coming to an end. i called several appliance services and mr hilliard was the first to answer the phone. before panic set in he was on the scene with timely and efficient service, without charging me an arm and a leg. i have since called for similar problems with my dryer and dishwasher, and am never disappointed. mr hilliard is consistant, clean, and professional.
