i live in High Point and i received the best service with these people.I told the salesman what price range I was looking for and he took me straight to it.I had another place in mind to buy my my coffee tables and lamps from but I was so pleased with this service I plan on going back in a couple of weeks and buy from this store.Please try this store for yourself....

This is a very unprofessional furniture to deal with. Me and my husband ordered bunk beds and thinking we were getting new ones we got the ones off display with tons of glue on them In Jan we called and there was a ordered put in for a replacement ....no replacement? I am 9 months prego and have had a complicated pregnancy in and out of the hospital and now about to have the baby they want to deliver a whole new bunk bed and on whos time? I think its selfish and wrong that they wouldnt agree with me on a preofessional manner BAD BUSINESS....My family and like all my friends shop there but we will be going elsewhere. ?

If there was a "negative" star rating these people would deserve it. This is the WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am having a billing investigation filed through American Express. These people delivered the wrong and damaged furniture. Customer service is impossible: they either don't accept your calls and if they do they tell you they will correct the problem (but fail to do it) or they tell you (within two hours of a previous phone call) that they did not speak with you and that you must be mistaken or that you must have "spoken with another person". They have lied to us so many times and have failed to keep their promises to correct the problem that after three weeks of phone calls we have given up and turned the whole matter over to American Express. Caveat emptor (buyer beware!): do not be fooled by low prices. You would be better off spending a little more at a reputable company.
