We contracted Aaron's through Lowe's and they installed carpet in 5 rooms, stairs, and laminate in dining room. The quality of the flooring we purchased from Lowe's seems pretty good. Scheduling went fine and all the people at Aaron's (installer Eric) were very nice and the work was done in a timely manner. Upon initial installation everything looked great, and the installer asked my wife to sign upon completion. She did, but once we took a closer look, there were staples loose in the carpet (not good for little kids), carpet installed over a floorboard that feels like a hole or rotten wood, a laminate glue on the end of carpet not cleaned up leaving carpet feeling stiff/prickly. Mostly minor issues, but we've been waiting five days for them to return our call and they're not answering the phone today. Workmanship: average, Communiction: poor
