Too much to mention here…Incredible imported olive oils and balsamic vinegars from Greece/Italy~ fantastic assortment of clearly marked easy-to-find gluten-free Items~wholesome and wonderful tasting Amish products including jams, jellies, and deliciously decadent candies including chocolate covered cashew brittle pecan brittle and peanut brittle (yum!)~great rich-tasting hand-scooped ice-cream with lots of flavors to choose from~ fresh-made refreshing hibiscus tea from the dried hibiscus flowers~every day they make their own outstanding home-made salsas, Pica De Gallo, guacamoles, and tomatillo salsas~they carry mouth-watering Buckhead Beef Steaks (the kind the Ritz Carlton serves)~lots of local products including lamb chops, beef, pork and the "you can't-get-enough-cause-it's-so-good" smoked pimento cheese that's made locally right there in Greensboro, Georgia~beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables…tomatoes taste like real home-grown tomatoes…corn…okra…green beans…cantaloupe…watermelon…honeydew melon…strawberries…blueberries…you name it….and everything is farm-fresh!~whimsical yard art~local folk and primitive art~beautiful hanging baskets and plants~funky bird houses~hand-crafted outdoor furniture. The place is fun, the staff is friendly and welcoming, many of the food products are unusual and everything is top-quality! Highly recommended if you are a health-conscience person! It's a fun place to visit and a great refreshing break from the typical run-of-the-mill food store. Also, they are constantly changing and upgrading which makes 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits all the more fun.

When you want fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables there is no place better than Ripe Thing Market. Also, grass-fed, hormone free meat, poultry, & lamb. When available, you'll find freshly caught shrimp as well. Milk, cheese, eggs - all fresh from the farms! You'll find fresh-dried herbs and spices, canned specialty products, fresh ground flours and mixes. The list goes on and on - you can't beat it in any grocery store anywhere in middle Georgia! They even have a wood burning bread oven for rustic loaves and cookies. Want an ice cream cone or a fruit smoothie? Ripe Thing has it! You can't believe all the wonderful goodies they make available to their customers. Best of all - they are friendly and always let you know they are glad to have your business!
