I hate going to the greenfield store the guy that stands around with the clipboard in the mobile phone department taller guy balding should be out on 76st spinning a best buy sign just a peace of work he is rude don't know a thing every time we go to get a new phone something is all ways wrong with the phone don't work right it works great in there store because they got WiFi we have 4 lines and just upgraded today and guess what got home it don't work now trip two back the see that ding ding thank god the story manager Toney and his boss i forgot his name are the best just go to them right away they get you on your way should have done that in the first place

On this past Sunday (11-22-08) my wife and I came to the Greenfield Best Buy Store to purchase a 32 inch HDTV. We were met by Salesperson Linsey Long. She took the time to answer our many questions and even manually displayed the various sound levels on many different televisions. Neither of us ever remembered ever getting such wonderful service during an appliance purchaase. I do have to say that we have purchased many electronics and appliances from Best Buy in the past 20 plus years and those experiences were great, but this was by far the best service we have ever received. Hats off to Best Buy and Lindsey Long.
