The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious.

My wife and I were traveling through. This was perfect for our one night stay.

The hotel was simple and nice. It had an overall dark feeling to it, and nothing that sticks out in my mind as beautiful. I actually thought it looked dirty and run down from the outside, but it wasnt the case inside. But it served its purpose and I can't complain. I arrived after midnight and left early morning, so I didnt stay long. But the room was clean, spacious and great for the money.

The room was perfectly adequate, although we would have appreciated a refrigerator. On one day, and the day on which we could have used it, the maid came by our room and asked if we needed towels. I thought she would come back to clean later when we were gone, but she didn't. I don't know if this was policy or an oversight on her part, but it did leave us with a lot of trash.

This Quality Inn was very nice for the price. The room was small, but comfortable and had a good mattress. Bathroom was clean and had nice towels. Table and chairs fit in room easily, unlike at other Inns. The eating area was very pleasant with nice selection of food, including sausage & eggs and fresh fruit. The nicely landscaped pool area looked like it would be a nice place to be in the summer. Location was convenient to downtown Greenfield and to Interstate 91. It was cold outside during the 2 nights we were there. The heater worked well, but was noisy. The one amusing thing - the clock had not been turned back the week before, so we ended up early at our destination on Saturday!

Everything was unbelievably clean, convenient, and just what you would expect in the best hotel. Only thing that could have been better is if our room had had the heat on before we got there - it was a cold night and it took a while to get the room warmed up. Other than that, though, we were very impressed. Had to get a toothbrush, because I forgot to pack one, and all the service was excellent! This hotel, I might add, had the best price of any we looked at! What a pleasant surprise!!!

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay with friends when we came into town on Friday night for an Adventure Race on Saturday. The reviews and description on this site seemed good & the price was relatively cheap compared to other surrounding hotels..... To my surprise, the reviews did not do this hotel justice! It was easily the cleanest, most comfortable hotel with the friendliest staff I've been to in a long time! Stay here. You will not be disappointed!

I booked my room online and read the reviews AFTER I had made my reservation so I was a little afraid that I had made a mistake....Once I got here I was a little confused and wondered- where on earth were these people's rooms?! My impression of this hotel was the complete opposite of what the majority of the reviews had stated. Now, this is by no means a 5 star hotel BUT if you are in need of a bed and a place to stay for a night or two, I think the Quality Inn serves its purpose. The staff at the check in desk were very friendly and since I had booked my room online, check in was quick and painless...I was also able to have my two small dogs stay in my room with me and for a hotel that allows pets, I have to say the cleanliness of the hallways/rooms was immaculate. In fact, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good, like I said, this isn't a 5 star hotel and the building seemed to be old but I did not at anytime feel as if I was staying in a "dump". I probably wouldn't stay

This hotel was decent for the price. It is a bit dated, but it was clean and at a great location. This is a pet friendly hotel, and it was great that we had a patio door that we could enter and leave (very helpful with a dog). The front desk was very friendly. It could definitely use some updates, but as long as you know what to expect, it was a great stay.

I have stayed at several luxury hotels in the past so I had no great expectations when I booked this room. I was very pleased with the condition of the hotel and room and the pleasantness of the staff. The hotel doesn't have the amenities that I like in a room but for the price, it was fine. In fact, I have to say that the bathroom was in better shape than the one in a five star hotel I stayed in last month. I was looking for a safe, clean place I could sleep for the night and that is what I got.

I stayed here during a funeral several months ago. The front desk staff was very kind and comforting to my issue and made sure that everything was beyond satisfactory for me; I was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were just newly renovated. It was quiet and easy to get to. I had a great time there, nothing to complain about.

Due to a back injury we had to shorten our cross country drive and stay at a lot of 2 star hotels. This place far exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, extremely clean, and updated. The breakfast was decent and it was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in during our two week trip.
