Rachael's a total professional in two very important ways... she knows her stuff, and she's very good at putting you at ease.
I went to her with a knotted-up neck and shoulders the other day; Inside a half an hour I was feeling fine. The essential oils and heated stones she uses feel wonderful as they loosen up your knotted muscles.

Rachel worked on my neck and back after a horrible car accident in which I broke a rib and lost a pregnancy. Rachel not only was gentle, sensitive, and genuinely caring, she treated me like a friend. She always asks about re-positioning the headrest, where and when I wanted pillows, how I was feeling, if the pressure was enough or too much, etc. I also really valued the fact that for certain times when I wanted to be quiet, she was quiet and let the space become very tranquil. When I felt like talking, she was receptive and a great conversationalist while working. She knows her techniques very well and never hurt me once. After the car accident, I did physical therapy, chiropractic work, water therapy, and counseling. Rachel's massage therapy was by far the most therapeutic and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've looked for a long time to find someone who really gets the feel of my body and know what my body responds to best. Racheal is the one! She has a good feel when tissues respond better to aggressive or light touches. Her atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. You will not leave disappointed.

Rachael is a wonderful massage therapist. She demonstrates excellent knowledge of pathology and anatomy. I have been seeing her since a car accident and she has used a variety of treatments including deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy and trigger point release.
