I have shopped at Imagine Jewelers several times and have always had superb customer service,including having a ring totally redesigned. Anne's work is impeccable. She also helped create a ring I wanted to give my brother. It was made from our grandfather's ring and a loose garnet my mother had. It came out beautifully, and my brother was stunned. In terms of polishing a piece, every jeweler I have ever known polishes any jewelry left for repair or that's been created.

I brought a very personal keepsake into this shop just to have the small clasp in the back reinforced. I did not ask for anything else to be done. This piece of jewelry had a beautiful patina on it and was an important memento from my deceased granddaughter. Well, they for some reason decided it also needed to be polished, and in doing so they totally changed the look and destroyed the patina, and I lost something very precious to me that I can never get back. It is ruined. I don't understand how something like this could be done when I never asked for it, and they never explained to me how the look would be so altered. It is like asking for the frame on a piece of artwork to be fixed, and then having the painting modified. I am devastated. I would not recommend bringing anything into this shop -- EVER!!!

My husband stopped in at Imagine before the Holidays to purchase a "little" something for my Christmas stocking. I was pleasantly surprised and totally delighted when I opened my stocking and found a beautiful, one of a kind necklace inside. Just knowing that I had received a necklace that had been designed and handmade by a master jeweler was exciting. Add to that, the fact that Anne and Kristin had worked with my husband in determining the perfect gift for me. By asking questions, they were able to find out what metals I preferred and what stones and colors I enjoy most, all in deciding what would be a perfect gift. I truly could not have been more pleased in the choice. I will be returning to Imagine for future purchases and I recommend Imagine to all my friends. Exquisite merchandise at affordable prices. Lori
