Technician came to work on air. Said I needed a new unit, a new electrical board and that I had a restriction. Changed a capacitor which was $19.99 and bill came to $164 and some change. The overage above the $19.99 was labor???? He never checked the freon to my knowledge. Had another tech from another company here today and my unit needed 3 pounds of refrigerant and I'm freezing. He was here 10 minutes. I need to adjust the thermostat. DON'T CALL THEM. What thiefs.

They told me that they worked on dishwashers that would not drain. However, after looking at my unit for less than 30 seconds, they told me they did not work on dishwashers themselves, just the plumbing. Then they charged me $80.
They could have talked through the problem with me on the phone a little and been more upfront with what they could fix, or could have not charged me for 30 seconds of "work". Very disappointed.

I had service did on my furnace today. He had to come out 3 times,but he made it right. Just wanted you to know my furnace is working great & I love the new thermostat. The guy who came out was so nice & courteous, he even took the time to help me fill my water conditioner with salt (I'm old & was having trouble lifting the bags). Don't know his name but if I need to call for service again, It will be with Muegge . Thank you so much & thank him for me. Gin Goode

horrible service

they charged me $300 for a $70 part that was literally 3 screws and took 10 mins to replace.. then when I went to pay (with cash) I didn't have the 29 cents , so I asked if he had change and he said no we're not aloowed to carry change. I simply said well im not going to give you 71 cents so we'll just have to call it even. He flipped out and said that's not going to happen and I had to come up with a way to pay the 29 CENTS!!! horrible service , and will tell any and every one to stay clear from a rip off!!

called them to do some work for me. a friend hsd told me the parts he thought i needed for the job. when i called the company they said the wanted ti make sure of parts. sounded good. except the tech nevet really looked to see if it was right. the said parts would be in in 2 days. took 6. i only have mondays off. so they keot trying to schedule 4 any day but monday. got bill and mailed it back to them. told them had enough to sue in court. had another company do the worj

Milking The Wallet

I called company in november & told them i was having problems w/ my furnace. They sent their tech out & he said all it needed was to be cleaned. Earlier this week it was doing the same thing again so i called them & they sent different tech & he was there for about 30 minutes and said i needed a new gas valve. He said he wasn't sure if he had it in the shop so he drove back to the shop & was gone for 45 minutes & he drove back to my house to let me know he didn't have part in shop and charged me $161. He didn't offer to order the part or refer me to anothe rplace that may carry the part. He just handed me the bill & left me hanging. I called Dial One and the lady told me they do not carry lennox parts on their trucks & she wasn't sure of when the part would come in & due to the fact that my wife is pregnant & due any day now she adv me to look in phonebook for lennox dealers who could probably get my furnace fixed really fast. She was very kind & personal. She wished me good luck w/ my new baby.
