We bought our house in late May of 2021 and it was part of our contract for the house that GW electric come fix a few things that were found wrong in the inspection. The items that were to be fixed were not fixed until August of 2021, after multiple calls. Each time I called either my paperwork was lost, they were calling the wrong person, or they couldn’t make it out. Fast forward to today, the day after my wedding (10312021) and after my wife not receiving a paycheck for over 4 weeks due to a workplace injury, I receive a call that they need their money right away. I will never recommend this company, and if anyone asks I will weave my tale of the complete mess that is dealing with GW electric.
Note, they did quote us the price in May of 2021. We knew how much it was going to cost, and sure we could’ve set aside the money, but given the circumstances and how little communication we received for the actual repairs vs the calls about payment, guess i know where their priorities are.
