My experience with this company has prompted me to find another dentist. Greenway Dental Group is always trying to sell me additional products/services e.g. you need a mouthwash that cost $20, you need this liquid to put on your gums that cost $80, we need to check for oral cancer cost $40 and we need to take x-rays for your next visit. None of these add'l services is covered by my insurance company. Also, make sure that they are not over charging for their services. I had to verify with my insurance company the charges they wanted me to pay at the end of the service. It was like being at Jiffy Lube were they try to add on products/services.The lady in the office stated that if they charge more they will send me the difference. Why would I want to overpay any doctor. There's too many dentist in the area so I don't have to settle for this type of service.
