      GRS is a very diligent company and has managed my community for several years. Our property manager is smart and very responsive to our needs. When I need help, I get through to someone when I call most times and if I leave a voicemail they usually call me back the same day. I have been on a Board of a community that worked with other companies. NOTHING COMPARES
