Groomer did not put collar back on my dog and had infant put it on another dog. The other dogs owner called me and informed me of this her dog had his and my dogs collar on him. She brought collar back to groomer. I asked the groomer to bring it to me as it was their awful ugly error as that was customer service for their error. I tecmxted this all to groomer and asked her to bring it back to me as I could not afford the gas for another drive out there. I have had no response from them. I will not use them again for their unsafe care in replacing right ID on dog.
