Took him a year to fix the clock the first time and the hands always fell off. Took it back a few years later and he accused me of removing a part and said it needed to be taken apart and cleaned and oiled. I told him I was NOT waiting another year and he promised me 6 months.Went back with my claim ticket 1 1/2 years later and he asked if he had called me and told me it was done?!?! I informed him I didn't care if it was done and that I wanted my clock no matter what shape it was in. he couldn't find it and tried to pawn off $10 clock on me saying it was my heirloom clock. All clocks laying around were dusty and full of filth. TOLD me to return the next day and he would "look for it". I took off of work a few days later, he found my clock but I hardly recognized it with all the dirt dust and DAMAGE done to the face. Filled with wood putty of the wrong color. Said it would clean up.I am a wood finisher. Said he wouldn't charge me. I Laughed in his face and said I wouldn't have paid him

David is a super whiz and clock & watch repair. The store is neat & clean. Customer service is helpful & pleasant. Will shop here often.

Had a great experience with David fixing my Great Aunt's Clock, I had another clock repair place look at my clock and they said it couldn't be repaired, but he seemed to do it with no problems, I think it was done within 2-3 weeks. Thanks David!

the anitques were great except for that dogers sign hanging up in the front. the dogers suck, exspecially in 1952. But the anitques were great and so is your store. and another thing is you guys shoudnt eat chinese food in front of the customers, it gets them jelous.
