I recently transferred all of my accounts to this credit union. I am very disappointed with the transition. Their online banking is so out of date, it looks like something from the late 90's. I am unable to see other shared accounts such as my husbands (I am on the account too) and my son's account. So when I need to transfer money, I have to log out of mine and log into theirs to make sure I know how much they have. It is so inconvenient and inefficient. On top of that, their system is down, and I am unable to create my husband's account or see if his direct deposit has successfully transferred. On another more trivial note, every time I call I am completely annoyed because I have NEVER called a business and had the telephone answered as if it is just someone on their personal line. They do not state that it is Schneider. It's always just a woman saying, "Hello this is ___." No saying where she works or how can I help you. I always feel like saying I'm not calling ____, I'm calling a business establishment! Very unprofessional.
