The Bistro - Late 2005, a concept, an idea, a dream, emerged. Owner / Operator Jill Bassett has now sculpted those concepts into Plae Bistro. A fresh new concept of American cuisine, Plae Bistro paired imaginative food and wine with caring hospitality, comfortable surroundings, and exceptional value. From outstanding wines by the glass, dining at the bar, and flavorful ingredients to an emerging new location, Plae Bistro is an exciting and new environment and completely smoke free. Plae Bistro was awarded at the Business Expo 2007, Business After Hours Peoples Choice Award for Best Appetizer. This was presented by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. We offer an eclectic mix of dishes on our full menu, a comprehensive wine menu and an inspired daily feature menu. Nothing is breaded and nothing is deep-fried. Every lunch and dinner menu item is designed with your palate and your health in mind. We also cater events with the service and quality you'd expect from Pla e Bistro.
