These include: claim reviews, loss prevention surveys, environmental safety testing, and risk management.Certificates of InsuranceCertificates will be sent the same day requested and 30 days prior to renewal.BindersBinders will be sent out on the same day that they are requested.Policy ChangesPolicy change requests will be processed within two working days.To Report a ClaimIf you need to report a claim please call our office during normal business hours. If you have a claim to report after normal business hours please click on the company’s logo on our website to find the toll free number for your specific company.Claims ProcessingAll claims will be faxed to your insurance company the same day they are received.Claim Follow-upWe will follow up on all open claims on a weekly basis to keep you informed.ReviewYour account manager will review your account with you.
