Bay View Middle School enrolls more than 700 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes programs in English, mathematics, social studies and science. The school additionally offers classes in technology education, family and consumer science and world languages, such as French, German and Spanish. Bay View Middle School conducts special classes in orchestra, choral and instrumental music. Its facilities include a library media center, world languages laboratory, auditorium, more than 60 classrooms, two computer laboratories and two gymnasiums. The school has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as soccer, cross country, football, track and field and volleyball. Its extracurricular activities include a student council, Battle of the Books and variety shows. Bay View Middle School is located in Green Bay, Wis., and is a part of the Howard-Suamico School District.
