This store is my biggest downfall. Being a bibliophile, it is one of my ideal places to increase my library. There are often good deals on current books and the store offers many items for gifting others or oneself! The coffee shop offers coffees and teas in various sizes and comfortable tables to sit with friends and/or go through your prospective purchases. I have experienced only positive services when having to order something; my only concern is that the Customer service desk is sometimes vacant (under-staffed?) while the representative is searching for an item for someone else. The clearance sections are wonderful!!! The store is very conscious of long lines and opens additional registers to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Finally,..yes, I confess to having the membership discount card!

They do have some great books but they do need to improve there magazine collection and they dates that they come in.One time they told me that a magazine would come in on a certain date, I come in and it was not there. They had no idea why it was not there. Then they tell me to wait another week. - I passed and I went to another store. They did have the magazine that I was looking for and they had it 2 weeks earlier than this store.
