I have lived in this place since it opened 7 years ago. I was told its a low income place for a single mom like me to go. I thought it would be a great place to raise my child. But now I am stuck as I have no money to move out. The place is a living hell hole!! The management changes every 9 months or so and so do the rules of living there. The rent goes up every time your lease expires and it by no means is a cheap place to live as they like to advertise to the low-income population. The management is rude and the have no respect for their tenants. I have had them come into my place with out notice which is not legal. Schedule a carpet clean...only after I have put every thing up and away...then not to have the carpet cleaner show up due to them not scheduling it and not calling me to let me know their error. No apology was ever given in fact she acted like it was my fault so again the next week I had to put all my furniture up to have my carpet cleaned!!! The list goes on!!!
