I purchased items that should have come with a free gift and the sales woman did not give it to me, when I called Ulta the woman on the phone was very rude, asked me to hold , I said yes and then she put me on hold and after three mins she hung the phone up. I called back and the same woman answered and acted like nothing happened. I asked her about getting the gift and she told me to just come in and they will give it to me. I drove back to Ulta and they tell me they were all out of the free gift. I was very upset because I had called ahead but, I didn't say anything. Then I started looking at the weekly ads for things like this going on( getting a free gift with purchase) when I saw that they had the new Ulta matte lip creams and if you spend 30 dollars you got some free makeup bags ,I decided I would buy the matte lip creams....I called ahead and asked if they were doing that deal and the woman said yes they were....AGAIN I drove over there like in 7 mins after the call and the girl at the counter was rude and said they were out.....I'm pretty sure it was the girl I was talking to on the phone but w/e! I go to this Ulta all the time because it's the only place close that I can get my high end beauty products....I became a platinum me last year and am still a platinum mbr this year...I spend A LOT of money here and I expected better service....I'm just going to stop with Ulta and drive the 30 mins in tales me to go to sephora and start saving my points with them again,because they have never been rude

The store manager is awful. She was so rude to us when we came in... We could tell that the employees disliked her just as much as us. Instead of trying to do what's right for the customer she went on some tangent about all these exclusions to my coupon. I am an understanding person and if I was told nicely about the exclusivity I would have been fine. But NO! She was so rude and talked down not only to me..... But the employee trying to check me out too!! I believe there is a time and a place to coach an associate on how to fix minor problems.... That time is NOT on the sales floor, degrading her in front of others. Then to top it all off... There was a huge line and just one cashier. The cashier called the store manager several times for help and she never got it. When she did come out to address my situation she looked at the line and went to the back and didn't help the line. Greeley needs a new store manager, someone who will actually do their job....
