Dr. Kurt Dallow is an experienced, board-certified sports medicine and family medicine specialist whose practice focuses on the care of sports injuries.He sees patients at our Greeley, CO, office.Dr. Dallow has held board certification in sports medicine since 1993 and in family medicine since 1983. He is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, which is the worlds largest organization of sports medicine and exercise science professionals. His certification in sports medicine is a certificate of added qualifications.Dr. Dallows practice focuses on helping youth and adult athletes at all levels:Individual competitors, Athletes in team sports, Youth and rec level, College and high school athletesAs one of our sports medicine physicians, Dr. Dallow covers high school games and other competitions.His career of more than 30 years includes practice with the Yuma District Hospital (1983-85), Eaton Family Practice (1985-88), Windsor Family Physicians (1990-96), and North Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program (1996-2016), where he served as a faculty physician, teaching and training new family medicine doctors.In addition, Dr. Dallow served as one of the team physicians for the University of Northern Colorados Department of Athletics (1989-May 2016).Dr. Dallow enjoys helping athletes and people of all ages regain their health and ability to engage in their favorite sport or recreational pursuit, or return to work.A native of Ohio, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University (1976), and earned his M.D. degree from the University of Colorado Medical School (1980).Dr. Dallow completed his three-year family medicine residency program at the Sioux Falls, S.D., Family Practice (1980-83).Dr. Dallow takes care of patients from OCRs service area of northern Colorado, Wyoming, and western Nebraska.Outside of medicine, Dr. Dallow enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy. His outside interests include competing in off-road triathlons, and enjoying winter sports, swimming, and gardening. The Dallows have two adult sons and two daughters.
