Had aqua spas come repair a circuit board. They replaced the board no problem, but the heater tube failed(common problem when servicing). I have an older tub and had all of the pumps and hoses replaced two years ago. I called and asked if they could replace the heater. They said that due to the age of the hoses and tubes in the older tub, they would only be able to do it if they replaced all of the components. Then they put the used car act on and said they preferred to hook me up with a new tub at. Good deal.I advised them that the hoses were new, and the lady didn't have much to say. I told her I would go elsewhere, which I did. Had the heater replaced and the repairmN said the hoses were in fine shape.Watch out for these guys. They don't have the best reputation here, but decided to give them a shot. No more.

Bought a hot tub from these lowlifes. These guys make used car salesmen look like choirboys. They were running this crazy promotion where you could either get a $3000 "discount" or participate in some sketchy program where if you produce a series of documents during a very short window on the three year anniv. of your purchase they would refund 100% of the purchase price. Stupid me - on a whim I went with the program! Long story short, the "insurance company" that was underwriting this program goes belly up, everybody and their brother is suing them, I found out that for sacrificing my $3K discount Aqua Spa paid about $300. to enter me in this program. When I called Aqua Spa to complain, they completely took no responsibility. No refund, no service credit, nothing. This was a 15K hot tub!. I can't believe how bad I got suckered. Here's the kicker, though. When I got the bosses voicemail, he has some Christian message, like"have a blessed day". What a hypocrite.
