Philips International Realty is a real estate investment trust originally formed to continue and expand the shopping center business of certain affiliated companies owned or controlled by Philip Pilevsky. The Philips Group had been engaged for many years in the ownership, development and acquisition for redevelopment of neighborhood and community shopping centers predominantly concentrated in the greater New York and Miami metropolitan areas. Philips International Realty maintains its corporate headquarters in New York.
