After an extended trial and the testimony of expert medical witnesses, the Surrogate’s Court, in a case involving unique issues of first impression, held that the decedent was, in fact, competent at the time of his revocation of the prenuptial agreement and that his widow was entitled to her share of the distribution of his estate.
