Perhaps the worst possible medical supply company possible. It is one reason why our medical insurance costs so much. Been using them for CPAP supplies for years (from Lowe Respiratory through current Medstar) and keep telling myself to switch (but I only order a few times a year and keep vainly hoping for improvement). This time I will. Over 75% of my orders have been wrong. Their customer service line is ridiculous unless you have a spare hour to wait on hold. Beware!
