  Dennett Law Offices, P.C. has been providing legal services to institutional and individual clients since September, 2004. The Firm represents non-profit and for-profit clients in matters including: the development, financing and refinancing of capital projects; borrower-side financing compliance issues including covenant compliance, reporting obligations and loan modifications; corporate matters including non-profit corporate mergers and structurings; real estate matters including acquisition and sale of property; and negotiation of major vendor agreements.

  Rick joined Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., Great Neck, New York where he focused on health care law while providing support to other practice areas of the firm including corporate, litigation, trusts and estates and real estate. Soon, Rick gravitated to representing borrowers on major financing and vendor transactions, ultimately establishing the financing practice group of the firm. In 2004, after more than 250 transactions and more than $7.5 billion of financing transactions, Rick resigned as a senior partner of Garfunkel to form Dennett Law Offices, P.C.
