The Historic Hotel Arvon
The Hotel Arvon
General Info
The Hotel Arvon is focused on providing the unique opportunity to experience Downtown Great Falls in a Boutique Hotel set in the oldest, existing commercial building in Great Falls, dating to 1890. The builder, of what was originally a livery stable and freight transfer office, Mr. Robert Vaughn was the first European settler in this part of the country. His perspective and remembrances were put to paper in his 1899 book "Then and Now... 36 years in the Rockies", we have taken the theme of "Then and Now" to create a property that gives the guest a perspective on the historic building "Then", as well as guest rooms featuring styling and amenities that transport them to "Now". Featuring only twenty-two rooms, and eleven suites, nine of which are extended stay, the size and scope of the property offers the guest a top tier experience in a historic property, listed in the National Historic Registry, and a convenient location near the workings of the City and County government, as well as major employers in the financial services industry. Co-located with The Celtic Cowboy Pub and Restaurant and the Darkhorse Wine Snug and Darkhorse Hall, the Hotel Arvon is a full service" hotel featuring unique guest experiences such as a full coffee bar instead of the traditional 'front desk' as well as a finely equipped fitness center. Also available are conference and banquet facilities in conjunction with the pub, and of course, room service and bar service. The Hotel Arvon is focused on providing the unique opportunity to experience Downtown Great Falls in a Boutique Hotel set in the oldest, existing commercial building in Great Falls, dating to 1890.
