We would rather live in a cold, dark cave than rent from Full House PM again.
Our experience with Full House PM has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had renting a property. In our opinion, they would rather risk the lives of their tenants than pay the cost of keeping rentals up to code!!

My fiance, myself, as well as 8 other tenants have been literally kicked to the streets by these crooks that we are supposed to trust with our sense of stability and security.
Some of the tenants have permanent injuries from the building, others have gotten sick from the untreated mold and bed bugs and lead paint. All of us are homeless, Full House has shown absolutely no sympathy or compassion towards anyone.
No one deserves this.
**Some helpful facts not mentioned when lease is signed may include:
• Lying to tenants. (Tenants have literally been TEASED with their money by Full House Property Management.)
• Not cleaning rentals before tenants move in. (When we vacuumed the floor, the amount of scum and dust was nauseating)!
• Their so called "maintenance" includes refusing to replace rundown appliances. (For nearly a year, we had W/D that would flood floors up to our ankles and break down constantly, but were never replaced).
• Also may include an water-powered heater that's built outside the unit and keeps freezing, due to Montana's -40 °F winters. Instead, they could be resolving those issues entirely by replacing appliances with built-to-last longer than a month quality.
• Failing to mention to new tenants when they are moving into a bedbug infested rental.
• In the event of disaster or fire, may change your locks on you, provide you with absolutely nothing, refuse you your property, and yell at you when questioned.
• In the event of a damaging sewage flood that destroys your bathroom, and if it's determined by a professional that your walls need to be completely tore down and rebuilt, Full House will likely "respond", but the only repairs likely to occur are fans being put on near your walls, a few new tiles, and Full House telling you that everything is fixed and cleaned.

Full House has handled my properties since I acquired them. My renters and I have been very happy with their service and prompt attention to our needs. My properties are always kept up and maintained to my satisfaction. They really do a great job and I appreciate John's and Colleen's hard work. I highly recomend them!
I have been managing my own rental property and wanted to hire Full House as my first property manager so I was a bit clueless on how to get started with a smooth transition.
Long story short, they told me they needed to see my current lease, I sent them my lease, then I got a rather blunt/harsh email saying that they're not my lawyer, they don't have time to read my lease, and that I should go look for another PM.
Even if I somehow misread what they meant, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism on their part and there are definitely better ways to tell a potential client that there is a misunderstanding and what they exactly need from him/her.
I even let them know very straight forward that I was unhappy with how they responded, to give them that one last bit of doubt and they just ignored me.
Bottom line: Client satisfaction is definitely not their top priority. STAY AWAY.
We had a great experience renting from Full House Property in Great Falls MT. The landlords were always quick and efficient with maintenance requests. We would rent from them again for sure.
Will never rent from this company and I will inform all my friends and relatives to never rent from them as well. The way they Trent their tenants after the fire . Horrible disrespectful way to run a business! I would rather live in Afghanstan in a cave! Trust me this is not the last you heard of me an my friends and family ! You better figure yourselves out and fix the issue before you ruin your rep in great falls mt ! Oh wait ruined already
I've witnessed firsthand how unhappy with management their tenants are.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM SCAMMERS
