Warning these guys will try to sell you parts and repairs your car does not need. This practice is becoming more common in the auto repair industry. These guys are over-the-top, just plain fraudulent.

My husband went to the Mavis Tire in Great Barrington to replace four tires. He was given one price before the tires were put on and then another after. One good tire that was supposed to have been returned was not. My husband had to return to the store to retrieve it. When he got home I noticed that the tires were low and not filled to recommended tire pressure. Then, My husband paid for an alignment that he was not told in advance that he needed. When he got home I told him I called Mavis to replace my tires and that I was offered a $20 rebate for the alignment. We both returned to the store and got a rebate and an apology. When I said I needed tires too Thomas quoted me for the job and said I should call 1 day ahead. I called on Thursday and spoke to Anthony to have them installed on Monday. I called Monday and Anthony said he did not know what happened, but the tires were not in. He should have followed up! Empoyees don't know how to deal with people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
