The company s QS9000 certified manufacturing process is equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art metallurgical techniques and facilities. Okabe s product line-up includes two-piece wheel nuts, wheel studs, a proprietary line of automotive fasteners, construction fasteners and axle fasteners. In addition, the company manufactures and distributes its proprietary HUB-TITE lock nut system, a two-piece, positive locking, bearing adjustment and wheel securement product consisting of a through hardened, internal tab lockwasher and a forged precision machined flange nut. Okabe also provides a full line of spoke and disc wheel nuts and studs and inner and outer nuts for disc wheels. Okabe Company is headquartered in Vernon Hills, Ill.
