  I took my car to A Good Mechanic this week because it was shaking a little bit when driving on the freeway. Jeff did a thorough inspection, and quickly pinpointed the cause. The work we needed done (a wheel balance) isn't something that they do at A Good mechanic, but Jeff still helped me get the repairs done with another shop. He communicated clearly with me at each step, and I feel confident that he will take care of my car well throughout any and all future repairs.

• Belts and Hoses Service
  If you can see cracks in your belts, it is time to have them replaced. We recommend replacing your belts and hoses at least every three to four years. If your hoses look swollen or soft that could be an indicator that they need to be replaced. However, hoses can deteriorate on the inside and if this happens there is no visual evidence that the hose needs to be changed.
